Policy statement

Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd (JKSB) is committed to the highest standard of integrity, openness and accountability in the conduct of its businesses and operations. It aspires to conduct its affairs in an ethical, responsible and transparent manner. Recognising these values, JKSB provides an avenue for all employees and members of the public to disclose any improper conduct within JKSB.

Scope of the Policy

This policy applies to any improper conduct involving JKSB employees that affects others such as other employees, consultants, vendors, contractors, outside agencies or their employees, and any other parties with a business relationship with JKSB. Such misconduct or criminal offences include but are not limited to fraud, corruption, bribery, abuse of power, conflict of interest, and any action that violates laws or company regulations.

Applicability

Subject to local laws, this policy applies to all employees of JKSB and its subsidiaries. It also applies to members of the public where relevant.

Procedure in Making a Disclosure

All disclosures must follow the procedures outlined in this policy:

  • In writing or in person to the Receiving Officer.
  • In writing or in person to the Chairman if the disclosure involves Key Personnel.
